Support for decision-makers and the people they trust.

Some clients contact ASE themselves. Others ask a trusted representative to make the first approach. Either way, the starting point is the same: what needs to be established, and why does it matter?

Business owners, entrepreneurs and senior executives

When your decision depends on information you cannot confidently assess, an outside investigation may help clarify the position. That could involve a prospective business relationship, an investment, suspected misconduct or assets connected to a dispute.

Start with the decision you need to make. We will discuss whether the question is one ASE can help investigate.

Private clients with commercial interests

You do not have to be contacting us on behalf of a company. We consider private-client enquiries relating to business interests, investments and associated asset matters.

This is not a general personal-investigation service. We do not undertake matrimonial or personal relationship investigations.

Personal assistants, executive assistants and concierges

You may know the person and their priorities better than anyone. You can make an initial enquiry without sharing their identity or detailed circumstances in a website form.

We will discuss the appropriate introduction, authority to instruct and communication arrangements before any engagement is accepted.

Professional advisers and business teams

Where a matter involves a solicitor, insurer or another professional adviser, the investigative scope and intended use of the findings should be discussed from the outset. We can consider an instruction introduced by an adviser or one in which an adviser becomes involved later.

The right fit matters

ASE is intended for enquiries where care, discretion and a clearly defined objective matter. We will discuss what may be achievable and where an enquiry falls outside our scope.

Start with a conversation.

You do not need to know which service to ask for. Tell us, in general terms, what you need to establish. We will discuss whether ASE is the right fit and what a suitable next step could look like.

Please keep your first enquiry brief. Detailed case information can be discussed once the appropriate next steps have been agreed.
