Asset Tracing
“Assets have been hidden, moved, or obscured. You need them found — and documented to a standard your solicitors can act on.”

Asset tracing locates and verifies what someone owns — property, vehicles, corporate holdings and beneficial interests — using lawful, documented sources. It is most often instructed ahead of litigation, or to support enforcement once a judgment has been obtained.

We agree what you need to locate and the matter it supports.
- 02
Lawful investigation
We trace through public records, corporate filings and lawful, documented sources — never private data we have no lawful basis to obtain.
- 03
Report for action
Findings are presented clearly so your solicitors or enforcement team can act on them.
Why ASE
Investigative Depth
We go beyond surface-level searches. Layered investigation uncovers what's been deliberately concealed.
Solicitor-Ready Reports
Findings presented in a format your legal team can act on without further processing.
International Reach
Asset tracing across UK and European jurisdictions through established networks.
Persistence
Assets that have been moved or hidden require patience and methodical investigation. That's what we do.
Frequently Asked Questions
What can you realistically locate?+
Property and land interests, vehicles, company holdings, directorships and beneficial ownership, drawn from lawful, documented sources. We are clear from the outset about what can and cannot be obtained lawfully.
Can you trace someone's bank account?+
Private financial data such as bank balances is not directly accessible without a lawful basis, and we do not obtain it unlawfully. We can build a financial picture from lawful sources and advise on the proper legal routes where appropriate.
Is asset tracing instructed before or after legal action?+
Both. A pre-litigation search helps you decide whether a claim is worth pursuing; post-judgment tracing supports enforcement once you have won.
